Certifii understands my company's [Delta Electronics (Australia) Pty Ltd [DEAU]] needs and Certifii makes every effort to accommodate those needs.

Certiffii's Auditor [ie Marvin Gay] approach is excellent in that he "supports" DEAU through open dialogue and allows us to demonstrate what we have and fill in the gap where and as required under the ISO assessment requirements.

The most important thing in these assessments for DEAU is that by striking an open dialogue, made things easy and created a relationship beyond transactional.

We got in touch with Certifii while looking for a local accreditor we could meet in person and work closely with. From the beginning, Bobby and his team showed exceptional knowledge across the areas we were interested in, including Quality, WHS and Environment.

What stood out most was that they focused on what would provide the best value for our business, rather than simply helping us become compliant with ISO requirements. In my experience with larger certification organisations, the process often felt quite transactional and they did not demonstrate the same level of care or engagement.

Bobby and his team are reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive throughout the process.
